ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed directing the respondents 1 and 2 to take appropriate action against the respondents 3 to 5 by considering the petitioner's representation dated 03.07.2024 within the time limit stipulated by this Court forthwith.

2. The petitioner has lodged complaint to the second respondent on 03.07.2024. Thereafter CSR No.449 of 2024 was assigned on 05.07.2024. The complainant and one Panchavarnam appeared before the respondent police and gave statements on 03.07.2024. The limited prayer of the petitioner is to consider his complaint within the time frame.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner enquiry was conducted. The fourth 2/4

respondent appeared and gave her statements. The apprehension of the petitioner is that on the complaint of the respondents 3 to 5 case would be registered against him. This apprehension is not quite at this stage. The petitioners and the respondents 3 to 5 would be again called for enquiry and the CSR No.449 of 2024 would be disposed of within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. In view of the same, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
