O R D E R This Criminal Original Petition is filed, seeking direction to the 2nd respondent not to interfere into the existing civil dispute between the petitioner and the 3rd respondent, on the basis of the complaint given by the 3rd respondent on 06.10.2023.

2. Claiming rival title over over the property, both the parties made a complaint and a counter complaint before the second respondent Police.

3. According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), because of the continuous trouble between the parties, the matter was referred to the Revenue Divisional Officer to conduct Peace Committee Meeting and the recommendation is made on 26.10.2023.

4. But however, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that because of claiming rival title over the property, a suit in O.S.No.114 of 2019 is filed by the petitioner, seeking permanent injunction against the third respondent, before the Additional District Munsif Court, Dindigul. Later, it was transferred to the District Munsif 2/4

Court, Aathoor, wherein, it was taken on file in O.S.No.185 of 2019, in which, the third respondent also entered appearance and contested the case.

5. Even though the matter was referred to the Peace Committee Meeting, because of continuous trouble and since the suit is pending between the parties, the petitioner and the third respondent are directed to workout their remedy through the pending suit itself. For whatever grievance they got, approaching the second respondent Police for redressing the same, may not be proper.

6. With the above said liberty, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
