O R D E R

The present Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed by the wife of the respondent for the transfer of H.M.O.P.No.49 of 2018 pending on the file of Additional Sub Court, Hosur to Family Court, Srivilliputhur. Before the Family Court, Srivilliputhur, the petitioner has preferred M.C.No.26 of 2019 for maintenance.

2. Heard Mr.C.Vakeeswaran, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mrs.S.Mahalakshmi, learned counsel for the respondent.

3. On instructions, Mrs.S.Mahalakshmi, learned counsel for the respondent would submit that she has no major objections with regard to the relief sought for by the petitioner in this regard.

4. Accordingly, this Court directs H.M.O.P.No.49 of 2018, now pending on the file of Additional Sub Court, Hosur to be withdrawn from the said Court and transferred to the Family Court, Srivilliputhur for disposal as per law. The Transferrer Court/ Additional Sub Court, Hosur is required to take expeditious steps to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Tr.C.M.P.(MD) No.516 of 2019 transfer the case, subject to the difficulties caused by Corona lock-down. Upon transfer, the Transferee Court / Family Court, Srivilliputhur shall issue notice to both sides.

5. The Registry is directed to e-mail the order copy of this order to both the Transferrer Court/Additional Sub Court, Hosur and the Transferee Court/ Family Court, Srivilliputhur.

6. In fine, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. No costs. Consequently, connected C.M.P.(MD)No.11933 of 2019 is closed.
