Respondents [R-2 is suo-motu impleaded vide order of this Court dated 05.12.2019.] PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records connected with the proceedings issued in R.C.No.A1/765/2011 dated 31.01.2011 and R.C.No.765/2011/A1 dated 31.01.2011 passed by the respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the respondent to reinstate the petitioner into service.

By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.
2. Though the petitioner has sought for writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to quash the proceedings issued by the respondent in R.C.No.A1/765/2011 dated 31.01.2011, if the representation given by the petitioner is directed to be considered, the ends of justice could be secured.
3. Since the petitioner herein has not arrayed the Principal Commissioner of Revenue Department as a party to the petition, it https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
W.P.(MD)No.25902 of 2019 would be appropriate to grant liberty to the petitioner to make a fresh representation.
4. The Principal Commissioner, Revenue Department, Ezhilagam, Chennai - 600 005, is suo motu impleaded as 2nd respondent. Mr. V.Anand, learned Government Advocate takes notice on behalf of the newly impleaded second respondent.
5. In the light of the above observations, the petitioner is at liberty to make a fresh representation to the newly impleaded second respondent ie., Principal Commissioner, Revenue Department, Chennai, ventilating his grievance. On receipt of such representation, the said authority shall consider the same on its own merits and pass appropriate order as expeditiously as possible in any event within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of such representation.
6. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
