O R D E R This Criminal Original Petition is filed to call for the entire records pursuant to the Crime No.108 of 2022 pending investigation on the file of 1st respondent Police, and quash the same in so far as the petitioner is concerned by allowing this Criminal Original Petition.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant is working as Chief Manager of Canara Bank, SME Karur Branch and as per the order in Cr.M.P.No.258 of 2020 on the file of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Karur, on 01.01.2023, he decided to take possession of the property situated in S.F.No.147 of Thennilai Village. On 09.07.2022, when he was waiting in a tea stall, one Periyasamy along with this petitioner and eight identified persons came there and scolded him using filthy language, attacked by hand and threatened him with dire consequences. Hence, the case in Crime No.108 of 2022 has been registered. Seeking quashment of the same, this petition has been filed.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the basis of FIR in Crime No.108 of 2022, Final Report is made ready. 2/4

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, there shall be direction to the investigation officer/ first respondent to file the above said Final Report before the concerned Court immediately. If the petitioner is aggrieved over the contents of the above said Final Report, he can workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings.

5. With the above said direction and liberty, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
