ORDER

The third defendant in O.S.No.318 of 2000 on the file of the Principal Sub Court, Tiruchirappalli is the revision petitioner herein. He filed I.A.No. 7586 of 2024 for staying further adjudication till the District Munsif Court, Sirangam decides O.S.No.263 of 2019. The stay petition was returned with an endorsement regarding maintainability. Without re-presenting the same, this civil revision petition has been filed.

2. The petitioner submits that since the Judgment is to be pronounced tomorrow, he had to urgently move the civil revision petition before this Court. This cannot be a good enough ground to interfere. Nothing stopped the petitioner from filing this IA at an early stage. When the Judgment is to be pronounced, it may not be appropriate for the revisional court to interfere in the matter.
