ORDER

The instant writ petition has been filed by a Senior Inspector working in the respondent office, challenging his order of transfer from Theni to Tiruvarur. At the time of admission, interim orders was granted and the writ petitioner was continuing at Theni office.

2.Pending writ petition, the petitioner was again transferred form Theni to Virudhunagar by proceedings dated 11.06.2024 and the said order has not been challenged.

3.In view of the above submission, nothing survives to the adjudicated. Accordingly, this writ petition closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
