By consent of both parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

2.According to the petitioner, when he presented the sale deed dated 19.10.2024, the same is kept pending on the ground that the property is already registered under the Boomidhan Scheme. He has obtained a communication dated 12.05.2022 from the Additional Commissioner of Land Administration, Chennai, wherein it is clearly stated that S.Nos.629/1, 629/2A, 629/2B and 629/2C are not found in the register, indicating that the lands belonged to Boomidhan Board and the District Registrar, Dindigul has also passed an order dated 01.11.2021, holding that on perusal of the encumbrance certificate from 01.01.1950, it is seen that there is no entry, indicating that the land in S.No.629 belonged to Boomidhan Board. Despite the same, the document presented by the petitioner is kept pending. Therefore, seeking a direction, he has filed this Writ Petition.

3.Mr.M.Siddharthan, learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondent, submits that if the petitioner re-present the document, the same will be registered by the authorities concerned. 4.In such view of the matter, the petitioner is directed to produce the document along with a copy of this order before the respondent, who in turn on 2/4

receipt of the same, is directed to register the document presented by the petitioner. Such an exercise is directed to be completed within a period of ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
