ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the 1st respondent to transfer the investigation of the case in Crime No.11/2018 dated 02.03.2018 on the file of the 2nd respondent herein to some other competent investigation agency and direct them to file a final report.

The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the respondent police has completed investigation in Crime No.11 of 2018 and filed final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Karaikudi and the same has been taken cognizance in PRC no.17 f 2019 on 30.09. 2019 and it is pending committal.

3. At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he is having some grievance against the final report.
