RESPONDENT / RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed upon petitioner vide order dated 17.10.2022 made in Crl.OP(MD)No.18460 of 2022 Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.MUTHU SARAVANAN C, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.ALBERT JAMES, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.18460 of 2022 dated 17.10.2022, passed by this Court to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the the conditions.

4.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.18460 of 2022 dated 17.10.2022, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

5. With the above directions, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered.
