for the alleged offence under Sections 3(2)(a), 4(1), 4(2)(c) of the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act and Section 143 of the BNS, in Crime No.1427/2024, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. On perusal of records, it can be seen that the earlier anticipatory bail petition that was filed by the petitioner was dismissed by this Court on mertis by an order dated 10.09.2024 in Crl.O.P.(MD). No. 14890 of 2024.

3. Hence, this Court does not find any change in circumstances.
