ORDER : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.F.DEEPAK, Advocate for the petitioner and of on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This Court by an order, dated 30.07.2018 had passed an order in C.M.P(MD)No.3089 of 2018 directing the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) to Hon'ble Chief Justice Relief Fund, High Court, Chennai within a period of https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

CMP(MD) No.416 of 2023 one (1) week from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. Due to some unforseen circumstances, the petitioner could not deposit the said amount within the said period. Hence, the present application has been filed seeking extension of time.
