Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed upon the Petitioner by this Hon`ble Court in Crl.OP(MD)No.20196/2022 dated 15.11.2022. Prayer in CRL MP(MD). 14946/ 2022 :
To modified the 6(ii) condition i.e. appearance before the respondent police may be modified as 7.30 pm daily instead of 10.30 am daily imposed upon the petitioner by this Hon`ble court in Crl.OP (MD)No.20196/2022 dated 15.11.2022.
COMMON ORDER : These petitions coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petitions filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.VEERAPANDI.P, Advocate for the petitioner in both Petitions and of Mr.A.ALBERT JAMES, Advocate on behalf of the Respondent in both Petitions, the court made the following order:- These petitions have been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.20196 of 2022 dated 15.11.2022, passed by this Court to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders and modified the 6(ii) condition i.e., appearance before the respondent police as 07.30 p.m, daily instead of 10.30 a.m, daily imposed upon the petitioner. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition and the petitioner is working as a coolie, he seeks for modification. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the the conditions. 4.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.20196 of 2022 dated 15.11.2022, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the first & third Saturday of every month at 07.30 p.m until further orders.
5.With the above directions, this criminal miscellaneous petitions are ordered.
