DR.G.JAYACHANDRAN., J AND R.POORNIMA.,J This Habeas Corpus Petition is filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Habeas Corpus to call for the entire records connected with the detention order of the second respondent in M.H.S.Confdl.No148 of 2024, dated 2.9.2024 and to quash the same and to direct the respondents to produce the body or person of the detenu by name Ramakrishnan, son of Mariyakan, aged about 34 years, detained as 'Goonda'' at Palayamkottai Central Prison and set him at liberty forthwith. 2/5

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.

3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 3/State by producing a copy of G.O.RT.No.7340, dated 22.10.2024, submitted that the Advisory Board has revoked the detention order passed against the detenu and hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Habeas Corpus Petition. 4.In view of the above said submission, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
