O R D E R

The present writ petition has been filed by the Village Administrative Officer, challenging an order of transfer.

2. A perusal of the order of transfer, dated 31.08.2023 reveals that the petitioner has been transferred from Varrapoor to Aravampatti, on administrative grounds. The petitioner is challenging the order of transfer, on the ground that it is in the middle of the academic year and there is inconvenience in shifting the family to another place.

3. The impugned order clearly points out that only on administrative grounds, the transfer is being effected.

4. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents points out that the writ petitioner has been transferred to a place within three kilometers away from the present station.
