ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to take up the investigation in FIR No.40/2023 and to file final report in accordance with law.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that in this case investigation is completed by the respondent police and final report was made ready. The respondent is directed to file the final report before the concerned Court. 3.In view of the above, the respondent is directed to file the final report before the concerned Court within a period of 15 days, from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of. The petitioner is at liberty to challenge the final report in the manner known to law, if he is aggrieved.
