This Writ Petition is filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to pass final order in his proceedings dated 19.09.2017 in Na.Ka.C3/25150/2017, relating to the cancellation of ''No Objection Certificate'' given to the fourth respondent, for having petroleum retail outlet in Old S.No.238 and New S.No.148/9 and 20 in Ward-C,Block No.18 in S.F.No.14/2, bearing old Door No.9-22-22, New Door No.19-6-22, Old Bus Stand Road, Aruppukkottai.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court. 3.Upon notice, a letter has been produced by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 addressed by the District Collector, Virudhunagar District,Virudhunagar, as per which, the No Objection Certificate given to the fourth respondent for having an petroleum Outlet, is cancelled by proceedings in Na.Ka.C.No.C3/25150/2017, dated 6.1.2020. In view of the above order being passed, the relief sought for by the Petitioner in this Writ Petition is satisfied. 4.Recording the same, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
