2. The case involves claiming of the crop insurance amount. It appears that the petitioner's case has been recommended by the second respondent. File is with the first respondent. The first respondent is directed to dispose of the petitioner's claim on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
