PRAYER: This Civil Revision Case is filed under Sections 397 r/w 401 of the Criminal Procedure Code, to allow the Criminal Revision Petition and call for the records relating to the impugned order in Cr.M.P.No.16839 of 2022 passed by the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Dindigul, dated 13.10.2022 and set aside the same.

ORDER

This Criminal Revision Case has been filed to allow the Criminal Revision Petition and call for the records relating to the impugned order in Cr.M.P.No.16839 of 2022 passed by the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Dindigul, dated 13.10.2022 and set aside the same 2.During pendency of the above said petition, enquiry is undertaken by the respondent. In the enquiry process, both the parties appeared and given statement to the effect that there are civil dispute between them and compromise was reached at the village level and requested that no further action is necessary on the complaint given by the complainant. 2/4

Based on the above said compromise, it was closed on 13.12.2022.

3. The learned Counsel for the 1st respondent is also present before the Court and endorses the above said submissions.

3. In view of the compromise, nothing survives in this petition for further consideration or direction. Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is disposed of as infructuous. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
