PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to to direct the learned Principal District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Eraniel, Kanyakumari District , to expedite the trial pending in S.T.C.No.385 of 2017 and to complete the trial within a stipulated time fixed by this Hon`ble Court. . ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to expedite the trial in S.T.C.No.385 of 2017 pending on the file the learned Principal District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Eraniel, Kanyakumari District

2. The Government Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that there are eleven witnesses in this case and the case is under trial.

3. Under such circumstances , there shall be a direction to the learned Principal District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD) No.18243 of 2019 Eraniel, Kanyakumari District to dispose the case pending in STC no. 358 of 2017 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and report compliance to this court after completion of the proceedings.
