Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.JESSI JEEVA PRIYA, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.R.ANAND, Advocate for the Respondents 1 to 8 and of MR.P.KOTTAICHAMY, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on behalf of the 9th Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Original Petition is filed to cancel the anticipatory bail granted to the respondents 1 to 8 vide order dated 05.06.2023 in Crl.O.P.(MD No.9103 of 2023.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that on completion of investigation, charge sheet has been laid in this case before the court below.

3. Considering the said submission, question of cancelling the anticipatory bail granted to the respondents 1 to 8/accused does not arise. Accordingly, this petition is closed.
