PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to direct the 1st and 2nd Respondent to provide protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and his family on the basis of the complainant dated 25.04.2023 in C.S.R. O RDER This Criminal Original Petition is filed to provide protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and his family on the basis of the complainant dated 25.04.2023 in C.S.R. No.471 of 2023 on the file of the 2nd Respondent.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the complaint that was given by this petitioner on 06.05.2023 was enquired. During the course of enquiry, it revealed that the issue between the parties is a civil dispute and a civil suit is pending before concerned Court. Recording the same, the complaint was closed.

4.The grievance of the petitioner is that the private respondents are occupying the same building as tenants and making frequent trouble to the petitioner and family members, over which the petitioner has sent a representation seeking police protection. Since his representation was not considered so far, this petition came to be filed.

5. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that so far no complaint has been received by the second respondent. If the petitioner makes any further complaint before the second respondent, they are ready to consider the petitioner's complaint.

6. If the petitioner still suffers any threat by the private respondent, he can make a fresh representation to the second respondent. The second respondent may issue summon to the third respondent to make enquiry with regard to the frequent trouble made by him to the petitioner and dispose of the petitioner's representation within a week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
