This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 2nd respondent to take action against the respondent Nos.3 to 5 based on the petitioner's complaint dated 03.10.2023.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the above said complaint that is made by the petitioner against the private respondents dated 03.10.2023, is pending.

3. Let the above said complaint be disposed of after making due enquiry by summoning the petitioner and the counter parties within fifteen days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. With the above said direction and liberty, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
