O R D E R

This petition is filed seeking direction to the respondents No.1 and 2 to take appropriate action against the respondents No.3 to 5 by conducting an enquiry based on the petitioner's representation dated 25.08.2023.

2.The case of the prosecution is that there was a civil dispute pending between the parties in O.S.No.137 of 2023. On 31.07.2023, the respondents 3 to 5 said to have assaulted the petitioner, abused him in filthy language and also caused injuries. Thereafter, the petitioner was admitted in the hospital. Hence, the present complaint. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that after completing the investigation, the second respondent Police has registered a case in Crime No.583 of 2023 for the offences under Sections 294(b) and 323 of IPC, on 17.101.2023.

4.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl. Side), nothing survives for further consideration in this petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No Costs.
