Prayer in Crl.A.(MD).No.781 of 2024:- Criminal Appeal is filed under Section 14-A(2) of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (POA)Act 1989,to call for the records and set aside dismissal order of the learned Sessions Judge (SC/ST Act Cases),Ramanathapuram in Cr.M.P.No.1498 of 2024,dated 13.09.2024 in Crime No.170 of 2024. ORDER:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.M.Jegadeesha Pandian, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.M.Sakthi Kumar, Government Advocate for the respondents, this Court made the following order: This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by the order dated 27.09.2024 in Crl.A.(MD).No.781 of 2024. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly. Investigation has been completed and charge sheet was also filed before the concerned Court and the same was taken cognizance.
4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, this petition is allowed and the condition imposed by this court is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the concerned court on receipt of summons.
