ORDER

The petitioner was arrested in Crime No.2050 of 2019 registered on the file of the Thallakulam Police Station at the instance of the defacto complainant who is none other his wife. 2.The petitioner was granted bail by the Court below. But on condition that he must report twice before the respondent. The petitioner is employed in Bangalore. He is having some difficulties in complying with the said condition.

3.The petitioner's counsel, on instructions, states that the petitioner is earnestly endeavouring to rejoin with his wife. Even as efforts are going on, there must be some provision made for the wife.

4.The petitioner's counsel, on instructions, states that the petitioner will deposit a sum of Rs.10,000/- every month in her bank account. It is only an interim arrangement.
