dated 27.09.2022 against the order passed by Respondent No.3 in P.M.Aal/7341/2021 dated 21.09.2022 by providing personal opportunity to the petitioner in accordance with law within the time to be stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

Seeking a mandamus for an early disposal of the review application filed by him before the second respondent on 27.09.2022 in which after receiving a communication on 11.07.2023 from the third respondent no further orders had been pronounced, the petitioner is before this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side.

3. Considering the limited request made and taking note of the fact that the review application has been filed as early as on 27.09.2022, a mandamus is issued to the second respondent to dispose of the same as

expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is allowed. No costs.
