This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the second respondent to complete the investigation and file a final report before the appropriate learned Judicial Magistrate, within stipulated time in connection with Crime No. 33 of 2016 on the file of the second respondent.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submits that the respondent police has completed investigation in Crime No.33 of 2016 and also filed final report before the Additional Mahila Court, Dindigul and the same has been taken cognizance in C.C.No. 226 of 2019
