Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner is working as Deputy Manager working in the respondent Corporation. He was transferred from Pudukkottai to Karaikudi Region. The petitioner has joined in the transferred place. He has now given a representation seeking re-transfer. It is for the management to take a decision. The Court cannot give positive direction.

3. The first respondent is directed to consider the petition mentioned representation on merits and in accordance with law and pass final order within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is for the first respondent to pass order one way or other.
