ORDER

The petitioner has prayed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the third respondent to consider his representation dated 04.10.2021.

2. Heard Mr.P.R.Boomee Rajan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.S.R.A.Ramachandran, learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3. By consent of the learned counsel appearing for the parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. Having regard to the nature of the order proposed to be passed in this Writ Petition, notice to the respondents 4 and 5 is dispensed with.

4. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner's father purchased the lands in question from one Syed Appas and Aysha Beevi through a registered sale deed on 28.03.2005. While so, the respondents 4 and 5 created forged documents in respect of the subject lands and registered the same as ''cotil Vw;ghl;L Mtzk;'', bearing Document No.279, dated 29.12.2017 before the third respondent. Hence, the petitioner sent a representation dated 04.10.2021, to the third respondent to cancel the said document. Since the same has not been considered so far, the petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition for the relief stated supra. 2/5

5. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the petitioner's representation dated 04.10.2021 would be considered and appropriate orders would be passed within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the third respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 04.10.2021 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of hearing to all the necessary parties concerned, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

7. This Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
