O R D E R This Criminal Original Petition is filed to withdraw the case in C.C.No.253 of 2010 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1 Kuzhithurai and Transfer the same to learned Judicial Magistrate, Valliyoor.

2. Earlier, on 20.10.2023, a report was called for from the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kuzhithurai, as to whether any Advocate appears for this petitioner and whether any resolution was passed by the Bar Association. A report is received from the trial Court stating that no resolution was passed by the Bar Association, Kuzhithurai, requesting the members not to appear for this petitioner before the concerned trial Court.

3. In view of the aforesaid report submitted by the concerned Court, absolutely this petition is devoid of merits. The petitioner shall engage an advocate to defend his case before the trial Court.
