O R D E R

The Habeus Corpus Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to secure and produce the body or person of the detenue namely Vani(Petitioner's wife) W/o.Pitchai aged about 29 years and produce her before this Court and set her at liberty.

2. The detenue is produced. She is the wife of the petitioner. She complains of harassment received on the husband of the petitioner and therefore she had taken a decision to stay with her mother .

3. It is to be mentioned that the house of the mother and the house of the petitioner are in the same village. We will not thrust any decision on her. Let her refrain on her decision by herself.

4. She is now handed over custody to her mother. She is not under illegal custody.
