Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.LENIN KUMAR T, Advocate for the petitioner and of M.VEERANTHIRAN, Government Advocate(Crl.Side)on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to extend the time to deposit a sum Rs.10,000/- and to furnish the sureties in Crl.O.P(MD).No.9141 of 2022, dated 18.05.2022.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered on condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) to the Taluk Legal Services Authority attached to the Court concerned and two weeks time is granted to the petitioner to deposit a sum Rs.10,000/- and to furnish the sureties before the Lower Court as ordered by this Court, from the date on which the order copy made ready.
