ORDER
This writ petition has been filed praying for a writ of Mandamus to direct the Respondents 1 to 3 to retrieve the properties in S.9/2, S9/7, M6-23/7 and S-1/77 of Vadiveeswaram Village, Agasteeswaram Taluk, Kanyakumari District and entrust the same to Elankadai Muslim Samuthaya Trust.
2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that the Petitioner had submitted his representation on 19.08.2022 before the Respondents and the same is pending consideration.
3. It is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Respondents 1 to 3 that the 1st Respondent shall consider and pass orders on above representation of the petitioner within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

Recording the same, the 1st Respondent is directed to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 19.08.2022 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after affording a reasonable opportunity to the Petitioner and other stake holders/interested parties, if any. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any views with regard to the merits of the representation and it is open to the concerned respondent to consider the representation on its own merits.
