The accused in Crime No.30 of 2023 has filed this application to quash the FIR pending against him.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submits that in this case, after completion of investigation, final report has been filed before the concerned Magistrate and the same is taken on file as C.C.No.998 of 2023. 3.Since the final report has been filed, this Court is not inclined to quash the FIR in Crime No.30 of 2023, on the file of the respondent police. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed with liberty to the 2/4

petitioner to challenge the final report in the manner known to law, if he is having any ground. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
