2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the respondent police completed investigation in Crime No. 1363 of 2022 and also filed final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Additional Mahila Court, Thanjavur on 01.06.2023 itself.

3. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
