PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.482 of BNSS / 438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.19 of 2024 on the file of the Respondent police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under Sections 420, 465, 468, 471 and 34 of IPC, in Crime No.19 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the first petitioner by using a forged Will had dealt with the property which was already sold in favour of the defacto complainant. When this was questioned, the accused persons threatened the defacto complainant and tried to grab the property.

3. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials placed on record.

4. In the considered view of this Court, the dispute that is involved in the present case, may not require any custodial interrogation, therefore, it is left open to 2/4

the respondent police to resort to the procedure under Section 35 of the BNSS and complete the investigation as expeditiously as possible.
