This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to modify the condition No.II imposed upon the petitioner in Cr.M.P.No.2974 of 2022, vide order dated 17.06.2022 by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Thoothukudi.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police has no serious objections for allowing this petition. 4.Considering the submissions made by both sides, the condition No.ii imposed on the petitioner in Cr.M.P.No.2974 of 2022, dated 17.06.2022 by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Thoothukudi, is modified to the effect that "the petitioner/accused shall deposit a cash security of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand only) before the learned Judicial Magistrate at Tiruchendur (the amount if deposited, shall be kept by the above Magistrate Court in Crl. C.D a/c till the disposal of the case) and that the de-facto complainant is entitled to receive the above amount from the Court on filing proper petition before the above Court". In respect of other conditions, the order of the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Thoothukudi, shall remain unaltered.
