Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.CHELLAPANDIAN S, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.B.THANGA ARAVINDH, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the 6th Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to cancel the anticipatory bail granted to the first respondent in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.20013 of 2022 dated 11.11.2022.

3.It is seen that this Court granted anticipatory bail to the accused persons in Cr.No.616 of 2022 for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 323, 324 IPC. The accused persons are duly complied with the conditions imposed by this Court. The petitioner is failed to make out a case to cancel the anticipatory bail granted to the accused persons. Therefore, this Court finds no grounds to cancel the anticipatory bail granted to the accused persons Accordingly, this criminal original petition stands dismissed.
