PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to to direct the Judicial Magistrae Court, Lalgudi to expedite the trial in Cr.M.P.No.1695 of 2017 in M.C.No.7 of 2013 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court, Lalgudi within the time frame fixed by this Honourable Court.

ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate, Lalgudi to expedite the trial in Cr.M.P.No.1695 of 2017 in M.C.No.7 of 2013
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petition for maintenance was filed in the year 2013 and the respondent was set ex parte on 10.02.2016 and thereafter he has filed petition to set aside the ex parte order and it is pending. The children of the petitioner are suffering without maintenance from the year 2013.
3. Under such circumstances , there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Lalgudi to dispose the case pending in M.C.No.7 of 2013 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and report compliance to this court after completion of the proceedings.
4. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
