PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to to direct the learned Judicial Magistrae Court, Lalgudi to expedite the trial in Cr.M.P.No.1255 of 2019 in D.V.No.15 of 2015 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Lalgudi within the time frame fixed by this Honourable Court. For Petitioner : Mrs.R.Yamuna

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate, Lalgudi to expedite the trial in Cr.M.P.No.1255 of 2019 in D.V.No.15 of 2015

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that originally on the complaint given by the petitioner, ex parte order was passed by the learned trial judge and the respondents also filed petition to set aside the exparte order and it is pending. He would also submit that as per section 12(5) of the Act, the learned Magistrate shall endeavour to dispose of every application made under sub Section (1) within a period of sixty days from the date of its first hearing.

3. Under such circumstances , there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Lalgudi to dispose the case pending in Cr.M.P.No.1255 of 2019 in D.V.No.15 of 2015 within a period of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD) No.18354 of 2019 three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and report compliance to this court after completion of the proceedings.

4. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
