ORDER

The grounds raised for filing this Petition does not warrant admission of this Review Application. It is the finding of this Court that the third defendant had taken prompt steps as against the erring Secretary and employees of the second respondent Society by issuing speed memo and follow up was also made by her. Having failed to take action against the first defendant from the year 1998 in terms of recommendation of the Board, this Court has categorically held that the liability fastened on the third respondent is not sustainable and even at this stage, I am not inclined to interfere with the order of this Court.
