Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered on condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) to the Taluk Legal Services Authority attached to the Court concerned and two weeks time is granted to the petitioner to furnish the sureties before the Lower Court as ordered by this Court, from the date on which the order copy made ready.
