2022 Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. KRISHNAN.S, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.A.ALBERT JAMES, Govt. Advocate (CRL Side) for Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.19589 of 2022 dated 07.11.2022, passed by this Court to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would also submit that the petitioners have been complying with the the conditions.

CRL MP(MD) No.14914 of 2022 4.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court, in Crl.O.P.No.19589 of 2022 dated 07.11.2022, is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police for further period of two weeks daily at 10.30 a.m, and thereafter, on the first day of every month at 10.30 a.m till the date of filing of charge sheet.

5. With the above directions, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered.
