ORDER

This writ petition was filed in the year 2022 challenging the order of suspension.

2.While entertaining the writ petition on 29.11.2022, this Court has observed that this petitioner was placed under suspension for more than two years, without conducting an enquiry.

3.Today, when the writ petition was taken up for hearing, learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the Department has conducted the enquiry and has also terminated the petitioner from service. 2/4

Considering this development, this writ petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. Index :
