(Order of the Court was made by R.MAHADEVAN, J.) The petitioner has come forward with this writ petition praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to recover the lands in Survey Nos. 136/1, 180/2, 183, 386, belong to the Arulmigu Sri Kadhir Narasinga Perumal Temple at Devrmalai, Kadavoor Taluk, Karur District, by conducting an enquiry based on his representation dated 05.09.2022.

2. Heard Mr.Shankar Ganesh, learned counsel for the petitioner; Mr.G.V.Vairam Santhosh, learned Additional Government Pleader, appearing 2/5

for the respondents 1, 2, 4 and 5 and Mr.P.Subbaraj, learned Special Government Pleader, appearing for the third respondent. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it is suffice if the petitioner's representation dated 05.09.2022 is considered and disposed of within a time frame, for which, learned Additional Government Pleader is agreeable.

4. Considering the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents 4 and 5 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 05.09.2022, and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
