[Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble CHIEF JUSTICE] The petition though filed as a public interest litigation, in our view, appears to be more of a publicity interest litigation filed by a person, whose wife is Ex-Panchayat President.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the layout plan sanctioned

does not provide for basic amenities. The buyers of the layout have not raised any grievance.

3. When the court was about to impose costs, counsel for petitioner sought leave to withdraw the petition. Shri.P.Thilakkumar has no objection to permit withdrawal.

4. Therefore, writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
