ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking orders to call for the records pertaining to the proceedings in S.T.C.No.45 of 2019 pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Kulithalai, Karur District and quash the same. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, there is no representation for the second respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Kulithalai, Karur District, after completing the trial, has passed a judgment, dated 15.12.2020, acquitting the accused including the petitioner herein and as such, noting survives for further adjudication in this petition.
