This Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash the impugned FIR in Crime No.447 of 2018 on the file of the first respondent police.

2.Heard Mr.S.Selvakumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.R.Sivakumar, learned Government Advocate(crl.side) appearing for the first respondent.

3.When the matter is taken up for hearig today, the learned Govt.
