ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to to direct the second respondent to take necessary steps to issue no objection certificate to the petitioner, for obtaining heavy motor vehicle license (Badge), within stipulated time may be fixed by this Court, based on the representation, dated 30.11.2019.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the second respondent will consider the petitioner's https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD)No. 26039 of 2019 representation, dated 30.11.2019 within the time that may be stipulated by this Court.

3. In view of the aforesaid submission, the second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 30.11.2019, within a period of 10-days from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

4. Accordingly, writ petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
